Shipping charges are as follows

unless stated otherwise on larger items.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all APO's
 $7.95 or actual charges whichever is higher

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES :

Your satisfaction is very important to us if we have made
a mistake on your order please contact us and we will take care of it immediately

If you have an item you would like to return it must be in the
original unopened package for refund or exchange.
For obvious reasons books, software & electronic items are none returnable

There is a 15% restocking fee for exchanges or returns not due to our error.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

All returns must be approved before sending back and must have a copy of the original invoice
All returns must be processed within 10 days of purchase.

BACKORDERS / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is nearly impossible to keep the inventory on the web site up to date by minute
so sometimes when we actually pull your order from the warehouse we may be out of stock
on items, if this is the case we will either not charge your card or credit a
refund back to the card used to place the order .
